Short Sale Flippers Beware!
The Colorado Foreclosure Protection act has just been amended by HB10-1133 and some serious changes have been made. Most notably the introduction of rules specifically targeting short sale flippers. As always, we take this as encouraging news. By defining what is now illegal, they have opened the door wide open and effectively instructed everyone as to what is legal! The gray area is now removed and we know what can and cannot be done.
